In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. (‘https://kt-viewcam.kr‘, hereinafter ‘KTtelecop’) establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and handle any related complaints swiftly and smoothly.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 23, 2025.
Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. (‘KTtelecop’) processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those listed below. If the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Personal information is processed for purposes such as developing new services (products), offering personalized services, providing promotional and advertising information, offering participation opportunities in events, and verifying the effectiveness of services.
Article 2 (Personal Information Processing and Retention Period)
- MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. processes and retains personal information within the retention period prescribed by law or the retention period agreed upon at the time of collection.

Personal information related to complaints will be retained and used for up to 3 yearsfrom the date of consent for collection and use.

Article 3 (Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of the Data Subject and Legal Representative)
- Data subjects have the right to request the access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
- Requests for exercising the rights in paragraph 1 can be made to MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. by written form, email, fax, etc., in accordance with Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. will take action without delay.
- The rights in paragraph 1 can also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted according to the format in Annex 11 of the Personal Information Processing Method Notice (No. 2020-7).
- Requests for access and suspension of processing may be restricted under Article 35 (4) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- If the personal information is specified by other laws as being subject to collection, the data subject cannot request its deletion.
- MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. verifies whether the person making the request is the data subject or an authorized representative when requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing are made.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
- MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. will destroy personal information without delay when the retention period has expired, the processing purpose has been fulfilled, or the information is no longer necessary.
- If personal information is retained due to other legal requirements, it will be moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in another location.

- Destruction Process: MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. selects the personal information to be destroyed, and personal information is destroyed after approval by the company’s personal information protection officer.

- Access Control: Access rights to databases processing personal information are controlled and monitored. Intrusion prevention systems are used to prevent unauthorized access.
- Document Security: Documents containing personal information and storage media are stored in secure locations with lock devices.
- Access Control for Unauthorized Personnel: Physical storage locations containing personal information are secured, and access control procedures are established.
Article 7 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)
MGV Security Systems Co., Ltd. does not use cookies or other automatic personal information collection devices.
